Setting where your email is forwarded

Use the form below to change your email forwarding address. If there are any mistakes in the details, your information will not be accepted for security reasons. We will send a letter to the old email address saying the change is being made, to try to ensure that it is not changed unlawfully. Instead of paying high prices to other companies to register and host your name and then paying more money to them later when you transfer to another provider, we send your email to you wherever you are. We give you two free changes of address but need to charge you £5 for every change after that to cover our adminstrative costs.

Email address change form

Enter your NEW Email address where email is to be forwarded, followed by the domain name whose email forwarding you want changed:
(your new ISP will tell you this email address) If you want all your domains to point to the same email address then put "ALL" after the email address.

When we have received your change we will check that your username and password are correct and will send a confirmation email to both your new and old email addresses.

Free email address changes

You should only use this form for your first two free email address changes. We do monitor and cross check this.

Please copy and paste the following into an email to us complete with all the right information and email it to us at with the subject of Email Forwarding Address Change. All information must be filled in or it will be rejected.
