A good marketing tool is to be able to analyse the traffic to and around your website. You can do this by using a traffic analysis package which analyses the way people use your site.

We have organised for a special analysis package to be used for websites we host which is called Live Stats and this will enable you to log on to the special analysis site and analyse the traffic as it happens. Click here for more information and to add it to your site.
Once Live Stats are installed on a domain there are two ways you can view your statistics.
When you are viewing your Live Stats you will notice a link in the top right hand corner called 'Virtual Admin'. From here you can configure various settings for your Live Stats including:

VERY IMPORTANT: After you install Live Stats on a domain it is important that you consider your security settings as by default anyone will have access to your stats. Add a new new user with your own name and password and then go to User Permissions and give that new user all the rights and remove public access to all the parts you do not want anyone else to see. You should at the minimum remove access rights to the Admin section to the Public Access group.
VERY IMPORTANT: Remember your own password as it takes a long time for us to reset the Live Stats package. Do not share your password with other people.
